EXIF.pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Accuracy of Results
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the metadata extraction results are complete, accurate, or error-free. Users should verify important information independently.
No Professional Advice

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EXIF.pro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the service, or $100, whichever is greater. Since EXIF.pro is free, our liability is limited to $100.
